Chicken & Gnocchi With Burnt Sage Butter

Chicken and gnocchi are a great combination to provide a wonderful comfort food and hearty meal.  This dish can be prepared and made in around 20 minutes or so.  So when you are looking for something quick and easy to make, try this dish.

The chicken and gnocchi are bathed and soaked in a rich browned butter sauce with crisp fried sage leaves.  Served with a liberal sprinkling of pepper and parmesan cheese provide a wonderful peppery undertone with a lovely creamy finish.

This recipe uses store bought gnocchi.  The result is even better with home made gnocchi, however it will significantly add time to the preparation and making of this meal if you go down the home made gnocchi path.  Whichever way you choose, this is great pasta dish.
