When you are craving ice-cream and all your dessert bowls are in the dishwasher waiting to be washed, don’t panic! I have the perfect solution, why not use a churro bowl sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. There you go, problem solved.
Not only do these look great but they taste special as well. The still warm, crunchy churro bowl mixed with the ice-cream topped with chocolate and caramel sauce is just devine.
The prep work in creating the churro bowls needs to be done well in advance, however the final cooking of the dough and adding the ice cream should be done just before you are ready to eat it. By doing it this way, you get a still warm and fresh doughnut base to offset the ice cream.
