Classic Red Cabbage Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1tbsp Sea Salt
- 1/2small Red CabbageShredded
- 2 Carrotspeeled and grated
- 1 Brown Onionhalved and thinly sliced
- 2tsps Horseradish Cream
- 1/2cup Whole-Egg Mayonnaise
- 1tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1tbsp Dijon Mustard
Instructions
- Place cabbage, carrot and onion in a large bowl. Toss to combine
- Add horseradish cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard into a separate bowl and mix to combine
- Add to the cabbage mixture and mix through. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine
