Gnocchi With Chorizo, Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Spinach

I really enjoy recipes with Chorizo, though I tend to prefer the less spicy Chorizo sausages.

The Chorizo mixes perfectly with the gnocchi while the sun-dried tomato provides a wonderful burst of flavour that enhances the overall dish.  Prepared and made in about 30 minutes.  This will provide a great weeknight meal that the family with really enjoy.

An easy and quick to make pasta dish.  You can’t ask for much more.

Just note that this recipe purposely does not have a sauce, such as a cream sauce, to cook in and accompany the dish.  I certainly don’t believe it needs a sauce and really appreciate the flavours solely of the unadorned ingredients.  However if you feel the need to add a cream sauce then add this and the amount to your preference.
