Ingredients
- 4 Croissants
- Strawberry Jam
- 120g White Chocolatecoarsely chopped
- 500g Vanilla Custard
Instructions
- Pre-heat a fan forced oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Tear each croissant into 3 pieces and arrange in a baking dish.
- Liberally spread strawberry jam over the croissant pieces.
- Sprinkle white chocolate over the croissants.
- Pour custard over the top.
- Place in oven and cook for about 20 minutes or until top is golden and the custard is heated through.
- Serve with ice cream.
