Ingredients

Chicken Fillets
use Breast Fillets and cut into 3cm pieces

use short-cut bacon and coarsely chop

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200° C (fan forced).
Cook gnocchi according to instructions on the packet
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a large pan on medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes or until browned. Remove from pan and set aside on plate.
Add vegetable oil to pan and add bacon and onion. Cook, stirring for 5 minutes or until onion softens. Leave in pan.
Add mushroom and garlic to the pan and cook for 5 minutes or until mushroom browns.
Stir in cooking cream and sour cream and simmer for 5 minutes or until creams starts to thicken
Add chicken, baby spinach, and gnocchi to pan and stir to mix through
Pour contents into a 3 litre baking dish.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs and shredded cheese over the top of the mixture
Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from oven and garnish with spring onion to serve. For each bowl of pasta consider a sprinkling of grated parmesan over the top.
