Ingredients

use thick & chunky salsa

Shredded Mozzarella

Meatballs

Beef Mince

Breadcrumbs

Brown Onion

Taco Seasoning
use a sachet

Instructions
In a large bowl, add beef mince, breadcrumbs, eggs, parmesan, onion, garlic, taco seasoning, salt & pepper. Mix to fully combine all ingredients.
Make meatballs using about 2 tbsp scoops of mixture, Make about 25-30 meatballs.
Pre-heat a fan forced oven to 200°C (390°F).
Heat olive oil in a large baking dish or frying pan over medium high heat.
Add meatballs and cook until browned all over. Cook in batches if required.
Transfer meatballs to a large baking dish (if required) and pour salsa over meatballs.
Place in oven and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle mozzarella & parmesan over meatballs then return to oven and bake a further 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.
