Add onions and cook until tender (about 5 minutes).
Add beef mince, mashed toast, curry powder, tumeric, cumin, coriander, ginger, chilli flakes, cinnamon sugar, white sugar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, almonds, apricots & raisins. Also add one whisked egg.
Stir and mix all the contents together under well combined.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Place Bay leaves on top and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Remove baking dish from oven. Whisk remaining two eggs and milk together and pour over the top of the meat and bake for a further 25-30 minutes or until nicely browned on top
