Ingredients
Olive Oil

Beef Strips

Broccoli Florets

Beef Stock
use stock cube

Soy Sauce

Brown Sugar

Sesame Oil

Corn Flour

Instructions
In a small bowl, add beef stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and cornstarch. Stir to fully combine and set aside.
Add olive oil to a wok on high heat.
Add beef and cook until browned. Remove from wok & set aside.
Add extra oil, if required, and add broccoli to the wok. Cook until tender but still crisp.
Add garlic and cook for about 45 seconds.
Add beef and stock mixture to wok and cook for about 2 minutes to allow sauce to thicken slightly
Serve with Jasmine rice.
