Instructions
Rub chinese five spice over beef ribs.
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat.
Cook ribs in frying pan until browned. Cook in batches if required. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add garlic, chilli, ground ginger, char siu sauce, orange juice & brown sugar to a pressure cooker. Stir to mix contents.
Place beef ribs into pressure cooker. Pressurise & cook for 45 minutes.
Remove beef ribs from pressure cooker and serve drizzled with char siu sauce from pressure cooker and garnish with spring onions.
