There are many coleslaw recipes available on the internet. So here is another one.
We make this version with red cabbage rather than the more traditional green cabbage version. It’s really up to you which colour you want to go with.
We make this coleslaw as a topping to our Texas Pulled Pork rolls. The deep red/purple colour is a fantastic finish and a very tasty addition.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 small Red Cabbage Shredded
- 2 Carrots peeled and grated
- 1 Brown Onion halved and thinly sliced
- 2 tsps Horseradish Cream
- 1/2 cup Whole-Egg Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions
- Place cabbage, carrot and onion in a large bowl. Toss to combine
- Add horseradish cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard into a separate bowl and mix to combine
- Add to the cabbage mixture and mix through. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine
