Gnocchi

Mascarpone Cheese

Prosciutto
thinly sliced and chopped.
120
g
Baby Spinach
250
g
Cherry Tomatoes
1/2
cup
Parmesan
grated
Instructions
Cook gnocchi according to packet directions. Drain and transfer to a large baking dish.
Preheat large grill area.
Add mascarpone to baking dish and stir to mix through gnocchi.
Add prosciutto, spinach & cherry tomatoes. Toss to mix through. Season with pepper.
Top with parmesan then place under a grill for about 4-5 minutes until cheese melts and is golden.
Remove from grill and serve.
