Add pork strips and cook until browned. Remove from wok, set aside and keep warm. Cook pork strips in batches.
Add capsicum & broccoli and cook for about 1 minute.
Add Hoisin sauce, chilli sauce, chicken stock and garlic. Continue cooking for about 2 minutes while stirring regularly.
Add pork back to back along with the Hokkien noodles. Stir to mix through and coat the pork and noodles with the sauce. Cook for about 3 minutes to heat through.
Remove from heat and serve. Garnish with crushed peanuts
