Roma Tomatoes

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Breadcrumbs

Ground Rosemary

clove
Garlic
crushed
Instructions
Cut Roma Tomatoes in half and scoop out the insides of each half leaving the shell remaining
Place tomato shells in an oven baking dish
Add tomato contents to a medium bowl. Dice if required.
Add cheese, rosemary, breadcrumbs & garlic to the bowl and mix together.
Spoon mixture into each tomato shell
Bake in oven for 5-7 minutes or until the stuffing is browned
