Ingredients

Pork Tenderloin

Brown Onion

Long Red Chilli

Apple Cider Vinegar
Orange Zest
from 1 large Orange
Orange Juice
from 1 large Orange

Instructions
Mix orange juice and cornflour together in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp peanut oil in a wok over medium high heat.
Add pork slices and cook until browned. Remover from wok and set aside. Cook in batches adding more peanut oil as required.
Heat remaining 1 tbsp peanut oil onion, garlic & chilli. Cook until onion softens (just a few minutes).
Add snow peas and cook until just tender
Add pork, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, orange zest and orange corn flour mixture to the wok.
Continue cooking for 2 -3 minutes to heat pork through and allow sauce to thicken slightly.
Remove from heat and serve with rice.
