Orange Sesame Chicken
Ingredients

Chicken Fillets
use breast fillets, cut into bite size pieces

Orange Sauce

Orange Juice

Lemon Juice

Orange Zest

Soy Sauce

Optional – use mild, medium or hot to preference. I use medium.

Instructions
Orange Sauce
Add all orange sauce ingredients into a bowl. Mix until well combined and set aside
Chicken
In a bowl mix corn flour, plain flour, salt and pepper.
Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture and then transfer to the flour mixture to coat the chicken completely.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok on high heat.
Deep fry chicken until it is cooked through and golden brown. You may need to cook chicken in batches.
Remove oil from wok retaining 2 tbsps.
Add 2 tbsp oil back to wok and add garlic and ginger and cook for about 30 seconds.
Add Orange sauce and bring to boil. Let it boil for 30 seconds.
Add chicken pieces to wok and stir to coat completely with the orange sauce.
Cook for about 1 minute to heat chicken through and remove from heat.
Garnish chicken with sesame seeds and spring onion.
Serve with Rice
