Instructions
Place Oreo biscuits in a sealed plastic bag and bash into crumbs with a meat tenderiser or rolling pin.
Place half the oreo crumbs into a bowl and using a spoon mix with the cream cheese. Set aside.
Prepare the doughnut mixture by combining the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
In a jug, mix milk, melted butter and vegetable oil.
Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour in milk mixture.
Mix together with a fork until dough is formed.
Start rolling dough into golf ball-sized balls and then flatten with thumb to create a cup shape.
Spoon into the dough a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture and a square of chocolate.
Close the dough, pinch the seams , if necessary and roll back into a ball.
Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan until it reaches 190°C.
Deep fry the doughnut balls for about 4-5 minutes, until, golden brown. Remove ball and place on a plate lined with paper towel and allow to cool.
Coat each doughnut ball with the melted white chocolate and sprinkle with the remaining Oreo crumbs
