Ingredients

Basil Pesto
350

Spaghetti
175
g
Salami
thinly sliced & diced. I use mild, but select hot if preferred
3
small
Roma Tomatoes
diced
Parmesan cheese
grated to serve
Instructions
Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions. Drain and return to saucepan.
Heat a frying pan over medium high heat.
Add salami and cook until crisp (about 4-5 minutes). Remove from pan and set aside.
Add basil pesto to the spaghetti in the saucepan and mix to fully coat the spaghetti with pesto.
Add salami and tomato and toss to mix through.
Divide between serving bowls, sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
