Ingredients

Brown Rice
cooked. Note: pre-cook approx 1.5 – 2 cups brown rice to creat 3 cups cooked rice.

Instructions
Add soy sauce & white vinegar to a small bowl and stir to combine. Set aside.
Add half of the pork to a wok over medium high heat and cook until browned. Remove from wok, set aside and keep warm.
Add remaining pork to wok and repeat process. Set aside and keep warm.
Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil to wok.
Add 1 1/2 cups (half) of the brown rice to the wok and stir-fry for approx 3 minutes. Remove from wok, set aside and keep warm.
Add another 1 tbsp vegetable oil to wok.
Add remaining brown rice and repeat process. Set aside and keep warm.
Add another 1 tbsp vegetable oil to wok.
Add broccoli, carrot, garlic & ginger, stir to mix and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Add cabbage and cook a further 1 minute.
Add pork, rice and soy sauce mixture and stir until coated.
Remove from heat and serve.
