In a large saucepan cook rigatoni according to packet directions.
In the last 2 minutes of cooking the rigatoni, add broccoli to the pasta in the saucepan. Once cooked drain water from saucepan.
Remove casings from pork sausages.
In a large frying pan over medium high heat, add pork sausage and cook for about 5 minutes or until browned. Break up sausage lumps with a wooden spoon.
Add tomatoes, stir to mix, and cook for a further 2 minutes until heated through.
Add cream and bring to boil.
Add pasta, broccoli & parmesan and stir to mix through.
Remove from heat and serve. Sprinkle with additional parmesan, as required.
