Croissants
Strawberry Jam

White Chocolate
coarsely chopped
500
g
Vanilla Custard
Instructions
Pre-heat a fan forced oven to 180°C (350°F).
Tear each croissant into 3 pieces and arrange in a baking dish.
Liberally spread strawberry jam over the croissant pieces.
Sprinkle white chocolate over the croissants.
Pour custard over the top.
Place in oven and cook for about 20 minutes or until top is golden and the custard is heated through.
Serve with ice cream.
