This is good ‘Go To’ recipe when you’re not sure what to have for dinner. This is another family favourite that is easy to make and really satisfying.
The chicken and gnocchi work together really well and provide the base. Mixed through is a blend of onion, bacon and mushrooms. Simmered and baked in a cream and sour cream combination and the Boscaiola sauce is complete. Finally topped off with a nice lightly crunchy cheese and breadcrumb layer and you have an extremely tasty pasta bake meal.
In summer this is nice with a mixed salad while in winter it sits well with your favourite vegetables.
I always look forward to the next day with the left-overs waiting to be reheated.
I’m sure you will enjoy this one.
