Caramel Choc Chip Mini Mud Cakes

It’s really hard to find a better dessert than a beautiful, rich moist mud cake.  This dessert allows you to create friand sized mud cakes which can be great for parties, when you have friends over or any other occasion really!

The mud cake starts with a fantastic mixture of white chocolate, brown sugar and golden syrup.  Your taste buds start drooling immediately!!  Flour and egg add body to the cake before chocolate chips are swirled through.  The end result is a wonderfully dense, rich moist mud cake.  Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving for an amazing dessert.

And just in case you think you need to sweeten it a little further… we also serve with sweetened whipped cream.

It really is a fantastic treat. Not too big so you don’t feel too bad having one.
