Orange Chilli Pork

A simple and easy to cook stir-fry that produces a mildly spiced orange citrus flavour.  All prepared and cooked in around 30 minutes, so this is a great dish for a busy weeknight.

The pork tenderloin is sliced and initially browned.  The onion, snow peas and chilli are cooked until tender.  They are all mixed together to saute in the orange sauce which combines soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and orange zest & juice.  A very mildly spiced orange pork dish bursting with citrus flavour.

The only chilli flavour comes from the long red chilli, so if you want to make the dish spicier then add ground chilli to your preference.  Additionally, this produces a nice orange citrus flavour, however add more orange juice to suit your taste to increase the intensity of the orange flavour.

All cooked in the wok, so cleanup is relatively simple.  Left overs are great as well, if you have any.
