Whenever I eat out and choose steak, my favourite sauce to add is always peppercorn sauce. This sauce is usually a standard at most respectable steak venues.
For an impressive meal that is easy to cook, a barbequed steak with a creamy green peppercorn sauce is the answer. The peppercorn sauce is a perfect accompaniment to your favourite steak by adding a peppery tang in a smooth and lush cream sauce. The result will make you feel indulgent as though you have ordered at your favourite steak house.
The green peppercorn sauce is quick and simple to make and a great idea for a weeknight meal. Just make sure you use a good quality cut of steak. Avoid cuts such as chuck and those used for casseroles that require extended cooking to tenderise.
