Beef Teriyaki

I really like a stir-fry as they are usually so quick and easy to make and you tend to cook everything in the wok.  You can add a range of vegetables to your dish and hopefully come out with something healthy and tasty.

The tender beef strips are wok cooked with capsicum & broccoli.  It is all glazed with an easy to make sweet & savoury teriyaki sauce. It’s the sauce that really makes this dish.  Garnished with spring onion and served with rice to soak up the wonderful sauce. An extremely tasty, quick & easy to make dinner option.

This dish can be prepared and cooked in around 30 minutes, so a bonus when you are pressed for time.  Leftovers can be easily refrigerated and re-heated in the microwave.
